• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, via EMS, delivered in 15-25 business days after shipping. Includes basic tracking.

Cancellations and Changes

Our return policy allows returns or exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) and in original packaging. Exceptions include consumable items like bully sticks, crunchy treats, and pet scratchers for health reasons.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and for international returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
