Free Shipping
- Available on orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Please Note: We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better.
Important Return Exceptions
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Bully Sticks
- Crunchy Treats
- Pet Scratcher
These items are excluded due to their nature as consumable pet products.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached)
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by your original receipt or order number
- Returned within 15 days of delivery
How to Start a Return or Exchange

We’ll respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Securely package the items in their original condition with all tags attached.
Send the package to our return address (provided in our response email).
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange.
