At Pet Halloween Costumes Shop, we want you and your furry friend to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it better! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items.

🐕 Important Note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:

  • Bully Sticks
  • Crunchy Treats
  • Pet Scratcher

These items are excluded due to their nature as consumable pet products.

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by your original receipt or order number
  • Returned within 15 days of delivery

Refund Information

Once we receive your returned items:
