How do I choose the right size for my pet?

We provide detailed size charts for each product category. Please measure your pet carefully before ordering – around the neck, chest, and length from neck to tail. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. Remember, our costumes are designed for maximum comfort and mobility!

Are your costumes safe and comfortable for pets?

Absolutely! Your pet’s comfort and safety are our top priorities. All our costumes are made from pet-friendly materials, designed for easy movement, and include safety features like secure fastenings and breathable fabrics. We test our products to ensure they’re both adorable and practical for your furry friend.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and to which countries?

We ship globally from our headquarters in Cambridge, US! However, due to logistical constraints, we currently do not ship to Asia and some remote areas. If you’re unsure about your location, feel free to contact us before ordering at [email protected].

What are your shipping options and costs?

We offer two convenient shipping methods:

Standard Shipping ($12.95 flat rate): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note: Order processing takes 1-2 business days before dispatch.

How long will my order take to arrive?

After 1-2 days of order processing, your shipping time depends on your chosen method:

Standard Shipping: 10-15 days after dispatch
Free Shipping: 15-25 days after dispatch

We recommend ordering well in advance of special events! You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

Will I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

What is your return policy?

What if my pet’s costume doesn’t fit?

No worries! As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, you can return it within 15 days for an exchange or refund. We recommend carefully checking our size charts before ordering to ensure the perfect fit for your furry friend.

My item arrived damaged – what should I do?

We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll make it right and ensure your pet gets their perfect costume as quickly as possible.

🎉 Special Events & Timing

When should I order for Halloween?

For Halloween orders, we recommend ordering at least 3-4 weeks in advance to account for processing and shipping times. This ensures your pet’s costume arrives with plenty of time for pre-party photoshoots!

Do you offer expedited shipping for last-minute orders?

Currently, we offer Standard and Free Shipping options. Our Standard Shipping (10-15 days) is perfect for last-minute party plans! For urgent needs, we recommend choosing Standard Shipping and placing your order as early as possible.
